This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Great views of the lagoon, comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Great water pressure. Best of all is the restaurant! Daniel and his coworkers are so friendly and helpful. The service is amazing. The food is delicious and anyone can come eat here so you don’t have to be a guest of the hotel to enjoy it. It’s very beautiful, modern decor and amazing coffee, food and drinks. Thank you Daniel for all your help! Thanks to all the employees for all their hard work in keeping the place beautiful. Also the music is great! And they will arrange any of your excursions from the hotel which has a dock so you can enjoy all the water activities.

The best experience in a lifetime. We stayed there for 10 days, and it was truly a getaway. From stepping into the hotel, the friendliness of the staff members melted our hearts immediately. We only have a primary school level of Spanish, and we were able to communicate more than we needed throughout the trip. The staff speaks English, and it was, of course, much easier to get around. (We also saw comments about the language, but you can tell the management team has taken the effort.) Room: gorgeous, high class, minimalist, and cozy. With the most amazing views We have ever seen. It was worth the price. Service: I think we will need more than this text box to express our gratefulness and warmth. They were super attentive and friendly, always asking us if we needed help. Their service, which I considered much better than the hotels in my hometown (Macau). The food quality in the restaurant was good and not super pricey. Overall, I have seen the effort everyone is making in order to make us feel welcome and enjoy ourselves. A genuine thank you to all the staff who were there to help us. And you can see their kayak for free (which is a plus). Of course, it is not all sunshine and rainbows. 1. The continental breakfast itself was disappointing, but it is not the staff's fault, but rather the high-level management team's. The breakfast was Instagrammable but not better than a normal hotel. But that doesn't mean it is bad; they do have some really good breakfast items that you can order. Just given the price of the stay, I would expect maybe some fried eggs and bread. 2. The fellow guests, I feel disappointed that other fellow guests were not so respectful to the staff and the place. During our stay, I heard some fellow guests making a big fuss in the corridors and the pool. I hope that the management team will implement some house rules and take measures to ensure everyone enjoys their stay and the staff members can work with peace of mind. Thank you very much again! Kind regards/Melhores cumprimentos, Félix

We stayed here for five nights and we enjoyed the time very much! It is a pretty new and small building. Very quiet! The free kayaks and stand up paddle boards were super nice! The breakfast was small but we could order more special dishes. Overall definitely a very nice place which deserves 5 stars!!!

Rooms are big, nice and clean. Location is also pretty good. The only thing that the hotel is missing is consistency with food quality (one day the breakfast was excellent, the next day we had to return it) and staff requires a little bit of common sense to make your stay a little better. By this I mean that they could offer some drinks while you're at the pool or dock instead of you having to go to them for a drink. Other than that, all was superb.

I just finished my 5 day stay for a bachelor’s gathering with my best friends and we had the time of our lives. The food was AMAZING wait till you try the octopus tacos, tuna sashimi, the side of corn , mezcalitas just everything was great. We loved that the location had pool, their own path to the lagune and close to downtown. The service from the staff was extraordinary very polite and aware to any of our needs. Definitely would recommend!

Modern chic hotel in the most beautiful location. The highlight was the view from the window where you can see many of the waters colours and the direct access to the lagoon from their jetty. The atmosphere is very peaceful. They have kayaks and can arrange boat tours to the cenotes and the rapids. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff are all lovely. Thank you!

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the area is, no music or parties just the tranquility of nature. The staff are excellent and very attentive, food is wonderful, and Marie José and her colleagues were great in the restaurant and bar. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s name otherwise, I would mention every staff member). The views are breathtaking, beds are comfortable, shower has endless hot water and great pressure. Towels and linens were high quality. There are kayaks and lovely places around to rest and restore. Leaving feeling recharge and eager to return! Oh and you’re very close to Cenote Azul which is lovely. Thank you everyone, we hope to be back soon!
